节温器水管涂胶压装机的柔性化改造研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了一种改造后的节温器水管的涂胶压装机,通过对原设备的涂胶结构部分进行柔性化改造,将原来的对水管涂胶改为现在的对节温器孔内与水管的压装面涂胶。This paper introduced a kind of pressure and loading machine which was applied to the modified thermostats water pipe,through the flexible modification of the structure part of the original equipment,the original glue coating on the water pipe was changed into the coating glue on the inner hole of the thermostat and the pressing surface of the water pipe.
