摘　　要：空分装置的原料是空气,而空气中含有多种影响空分装置正常运行的有害物质,如水分、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物等,给空分装置带来极大的安全隐患。因此,在空分装置运行过程中必须处理这些物质,以满足空分装置正常运行的指标要求。本文重点讲述了空分装置运行时对碳氢化合物的处理、监测和控制,旨在为相关研究提供借鉴。The air separation device is the raw materials,and the air contains a variety of harmful substances that affect the normal operation of the air separation device,such as H2O,CO2,hydrocarbon,to the air separation device brings great security risks.Therefore,these substances must be in the Air separation unit operation process to meet the requirements of the normal operation of the air separation unit.This paper focused on the treatment,monitoring and control of hydrocarbon contained in air during the operation of an air separation unit,aimed to provide reference for relevant research.
