摘　　要：从4月到7月,三个月的沉淀让中国学生与行业机构对于托福拼分的思考更加完善,人们的理智趋于成熟。在这个过程中,学校的态度基本尘埃落定。距离按下2019年8月1日ETS推出托福“个人最佳成绩”服务的启动按钮,还有一个月的时间。早在2019年4月,美国教育考试服务中心ETS就在京举办了“2019年托福考试新政发布会”,会上除了宣布托福考试时间将缩短30分钟,调整为3小时外,还推出了一项重大举措,即在托福考试成绩单中正式推出“个人最佳成绩(MyBest Scores)”服务。As early as April 2019, ETS held the "2019 TOEFL test new deal conference" in Beijing. In addition to announcing that the TOEFL test time would be shortened by 30 minutes to 3 hours, a major move has also been the introduction of the personal best score named "My Best Scores" service on TOEFL test transcripts. The program, will show the candidate’s test scores for all exams in the past two years, in addition to the results of a test normally delivered. ETS will list the individual scores for each test, then compare them to find the highest scores for listening, reading, writing and speaking, and then add them up to find the best overall score. According to the official description, "My Best Scores" is just an "add-on," and candidates will still show their scores on a test when they submit their scores. No matter how good the spelling scores are, there shouldn’t be a big gap between the scores on a single test.
