摘  要:稳压器是压水堆核电厂一回路冷却剂系统的主设备之一,对整个核电厂的运行和安全起着重要的作用。百万千瓦级压水堆核电厂稳压器采用板焊结构,封头采用低合金钢钢板通过热冲压成形制造。本文基于核电设备建造规范的要求,对稳压器热成形封头的评定进行研究。根据稳压器封头的成形工艺,确定了稳压器封头制造中的主要工艺及关键参数,并明确了评定过程中相关的试验和检验。对评定试验的结果进行了初步统计和分析。结果表明,按既定工艺成形后的封头质量满足规范和设计要求,且各部位的强度均匀性良好。Pressurizer is one of the most important equipments of the reactor coolant system in PWR, and it is key to the security during the operating of nuclear power plant. The Pressurizer is a plate-weld vessel in 1000MW PWR power station, and its heads are hot formed using of low alloy steel plates. Base on the code requirements, this paper researches the qualification of hot formed heads. Examinations and tests shall be carried out during the qualification according to the design and construction rules. The statistical analysis of test data indicates that heads hot formed according to the given forming procedure meet the requirements of the design and construction rules, and the uniformity of strength of heads is perfect.
