养老房屋建筑用耐火钢的开发与性能研究

摘  要:为了提升养老房屋建筑的耐火性能,根据建筑钢结构中耐火钢的使用要求,共设计了9种不同成分的试验用耐火钢,对比分析了0.15Mo+Bi系列耐火钢和0.30Mo系列耐火钢的碳当量、抗震性能和耐火性能等。结果表明,0.15Mo+Bi系列耐火钢和0.30Mo系列耐火钢的碳当量<0.4,焊接敏感性<0.29%;0.15Mo+Bi系列耐火钢中11#和13#钢不满足0℃冲击功≥34J的要求,0.30Mo系列耐火钢的0℃冲击功都满足Akv≥34J的要求;0.15Mo+Bi系列耐火钢中10#、12#钢以及0.30Mo系列耐火钢中20#、22#钢都满足耐火钢对碳当量、焊接裂纹敏感性、抗震性和耐火性等的要求,即可通过添加其他微合金化元素的方法降低Mo含量来开发高性能耐火钢,但是要尽量避免Nb元素的加入。In order to improve the fire resistance of buildings and architectures for the aged,according to the use requirements of fire-resistant steel in the construction steel structure,a total of 9 fire-resistant steel for test with different components was designed,and the carbon equivalent,seismic performance,and fire resistance of 0.15 Mo+Bi series fire-resistant steel and 0.30 Mo series fire-resistant steel were comparatively analyzed.The results show that,the carbon equivalent of 0.15 Mo+Bi series fire-resistant steel and 0.30 Mo series fire-resistant steel are less than 0.4 and the welding sensitivity are less than 0.20%,among 0.15 Mo+Bi series fire-resistant steel,the the 11# and 13# steel fail to meet the requirement of 0 ℃ impact energy no less than 34 J,but all of the 0.30 Mo series fire-resistant steel meet such requirement,the 10# and 12# steel in 0.15 Mo+Bi series fire-resistant steel and 20# and 22# steel in 0.30 Mo series fire-resistant steel meet the requirements of carbon equivalent,welding crack sensitivity,seismic performance,and fire resistance,which indicate that the Mo content can be lowered by adding in other microalloying elements to develop fire-resistant steel with higher performance but the Nb element should be avoided to use.
