摘　　要：2017年以来山东省加快新旧动能转换步伐,文化产业作为新动能,其竞争力对全省经济高质量的发展有着重要作用。基于此,运用相关-鉴别力模型对初步的指标体系进行优化,借用因子分析模型对山东省17地市2008—201710年间文化产业竞争力水平进行时空实证评价。研究结果表明,山东省17地市文化产业竞争力10a间均有较大幅度提升,但时空差距较大,年度极差稳中有降,说明山东省各地市文化产业竞争力处于动态稳定的状态。对于4类不同竞争力水平的各地市,应从市场拓展能力、成本控制能力、整体创新能力和可持续发展能力等方面谋求更高质量的发展。Shandong Province has accelerated the pace of transformation of new and old driving forces since 2017.As a new driving force,the competitiveness of cultural industry plays an important role in the high-quality development of the economy in Shandong Province.Based on this,the preliminary index system is optimized by the correlation-discrimination model,and the spatial-temporal empirical evaluation on the competitiveness level of cultural industry in 17 cities in Shandong Province during the period of 2008-2017 is made by using the factor analysis model.The research shows that the competitiveness of cultural industry in 17 cities in Shandong Province has been improved greatly in the past ten years,but there is a large gap between time and space,and the annual range is stable with a slight decline,indicating that the competitiveness of cultural industry in the cities of Shandong Province is in a dynamically stable state.For cities with four types of different levels of competitiveness,higher quality development shall be sought in terms of market expansion capability,cost control capability,overall innovation capability and sustainable development capability.
