摘 要:目的探讨琥珀酸亚铁联合多维元素片治疗妊娠期贫血的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月~2018年12月在我院建卡及产检的妊娠期贫血孕妇200例,随机分为研究组(n=110)和对照组(n=90)。对照组仅予以饮食干预,研究组在对照组基础上予以琥珀酸亚铁联合多维元素片治疗,比较两组治疗前后血红蛋白,血细胞比容的变化及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组血红蛋白和血细胞比容比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周,对照组血红蛋白和血细胞比容低于治疗前[(78.22±9.89)g/Lvs(88.47±9.49)g/L]、[(27.34±3.46)%vs(29.14±2.68)%],研究组血红蛋白和血细胞比容高于对照组[(96.57±11.26)g/Lvs(78.22±9.89)g/L]、[(30.28±3.76)%vs(27.74±3.46)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应反生率为12.73%,低于对照组的13.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁联合多维元素片治疗妊娠期贫血可有效提高血液中血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容,纠正贫血症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ferrous succinate combined with multi-dimensional element tablets in the treatment of anemia during pregnancy.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with anaemia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group (n=110) and control group (n=90). In the control group, only dietary intervention was given. The study group was treated with ferrous succinate combined with Jinshierkang on the basis of the control group.The adverse reactions,and the changes of hemoglobin and hematocrit were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in hemoglobin and hematocrit between the two groups (P>0.05). At 4 weeks after treatment, hemoglobin and hematocrit in the control group were lower than before treatment [(78.22±9.89)g/L vs (88.47±9.49) g/L],[(27.34±3.46)% vs (29.14±2.68)%], the hemoglobin and hematocrit of the study group were higher than the control group [(96.57±11.26)g/L vs (78.22±9.89) g/L],[(30.28±3.76)% vs (27.74±3.46)%], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 12.73%, which was lower than 13.33% of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of anemia in pregnancy with ferrous succinate combined with multi-dimensional element tablets can effectively improve the hemoglobin content and hematocrit in the blood and correct the symptoms of anemia.
