摘 要:退台式建筑可以塑造丰富的立面体型,用于超高层建筑有助于满足日照要求。同时,退台式超高层建筑也给结构带来挑战,包括竖向构件收进、塔楼出现偏心以及刚度突变等。对退台式超高层建筑的外框柱和核心筒的不同收进方式进行研究,并分析其受力特点。退台式超高层建筑不可避免出现偏心问题,分析竖向荷载下偏心引起的倾覆力矩和水平变形,结果表明偏心引起的效应不可忽略。对退台处的结构刚度变化及其抗震性能进行研究,指出设计中应采取措施尽量减小刚度突变,并对退台处抗侧结构进行加强。Buildings with setback terraces, usually used to create a rich facade shape, show great advantage to meet the sunlight requirement of super-tall buildings. As to the structural design of super-tall buildings, the setback terraces will bring challenges, including the recession of vertical members, eccentricity of tower and sharply change of lateral stiffness. Different recession modes of columns and shear wall cores in super-tall building with setback terraces were investigated, and the mechanics of the recession structure were studied. The eccentricity of tower in super high-rise building with setback terraces is inevitable. The overturn moment and lateral displacement caused by eccentricity under vertical load were analyzed, and the results show that the effect caused by eccentricity can not be ignored. With the analysis of lateral stiffness change and seismic performance of the structure near the setback, it is pointed out that measures should be taken to minimize the change of stiffness in the design, and the lateral resistance structure near the setback should be strengthened.
