摘 要:大连世界金融中心为双塔超限超高层建筑,核心筒尺寸偏小,核心筒高宽比达到19.7,抵御水平荷载作用的能力偏弱。结构设计采用不落地钢框架支撑+混凝土核心筒双重抗侧体系,以弥补抗侧刚度的不足。主要介绍该项目设计过程中的几个难点,包括结构方案比选过程,抗震性能化设计及相关的计算分析等;总结了与不落地钢支撑系统相关的几个复杂问题。结果表明,该体系满足结构承载力与抗震性能化要求。Dalian World Financial Center is a double-tower super high-rise building with small size of corewall which height-width ratio of 19.7, which is weak in resisting horizontal load. The structural design adopted the double anti-lateral system of non-landing steel frame support+concrete corewall to make up for the lack of anti-lateral stiffness. Several difficulties in the design process of the project were mainly introduced, including the process of structural scheme comparison and selection, seismic performance-based design and relevant calculation and analysis. Several complex problems related to non-landing steel support system were summarized. The results show that the system meets the requirements of bearing capacity and seismic performance.
