摘  要:永磁同步电机的极槽配合是影响电机齿槽特性和振动噪声特性的重要因素之一。理论上分析了永磁同步电机电磁力波特征参数和极槽配合的关系,重点讨论常用极槽配合齿槽转矩和电磁力波特性。建立了永磁同步电机的多物理场有限元耦合模型,比较了几种典型分数槽集中绕组情况下电磁力波和噪声机理特性,得出低振动噪声永磁同步电机极槽配合的选择原则。The pole/slot combination of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)affects the characteristics of cogging torque and vibration and noise.The relationship between the characteristics of the electromagnetic force and pole/slot combination of PMSM was analyzed.Then the cogging torque and electromagnetic force wave characteristics with different pole/slot combinations were analyzed.The finite element coupling model of multi-physics field was built to compare the electromagnetic force wave with noise characteristics of several fractional-slot concentrated winding PMSM.Selection principles of the pole and slot combination of PMSM were summarized.
