摘 要:针对浅L形环件热辗扩成形受力不平衡、难以成形的问题,分析了浅L形环件热辗扩成形的受力情况,提出了一种适合于浅L形大型环件的辗扩工艺,并对该工艺进行了理论分析和实验研究。对常用于风电法兰的Q345E钢材进行了热力模拟实验,研究了其热力学行为,获得了其高温应力-应变曲线。根据理论分析和热力模拟实验,设计了辗扩方案,并进行了辗扩实验研究。研究结果表明,用该方法辗扩成形浅L形异形环件,辗扩过程可平稳进行,并获得了椭圆度小、尺寸精度高的环件。经力学性能实验验证,辗扩的浅L形异形环件完全满足产品标准要求。For the problems of unbalanced force and difficult forming in hot ring rolling process of shallow L-shaped ring,its force analysis was carried out,a ring rolling process suitable for shallow L-shaped ring was proposed,and the theoretical analysis and experimental study of the process were conducted. Then,the thermal-mechanical simulation experiments of Q345E steel often used in wind power flanges were performed,and the high temperature stress-strain curves of Q345E steel were obtained by studying its thermal-mechanical behavior.According to the theoretical analysis and the thermal-mechanical simulation experiments,the ring rolling process scheme was designed,and the ring rolling experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the ring rolling process of shallow L-shaped alien ring can be smoothly performed by the above method,and the shallow L-shaped alien ring has small ellipticity and high dimensional accuracy.Furthermore,the rolled shallow L-shaped alien ring could fully meet the standard requirements of products which were verified by the mechanical properties experiments.
