摘 要:采用电弧离子镀工艺在7Cr7Mo2V2Si模具钢(LD钢)表面沉积TiAlN涂层。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、维氏硬度计、磨损试验机和电化学工作站等手段对TiAlN涂层的综合性能进行了分析。结果表明:涂层表面平整、致密,截面无针孔等缺陷存在,其择优取向为(200)晶面。涂层基体之间有1μm左右的互扩散层,使得膜基之间的结合力牢固。涂层的耐磨性能良好,其磨损率为0.122mg/h,涂层试样与基体相比相对耐磨性提高了1.25倍。在2300×10^-6硼酸溶液中,LD钢TiAlN涂层自腐蚀电流密度比基体降低了一个数量级,阻抗较基体高了1.66倍,TiAlN涂层提高了 LD钢的耐硼酸腐蚀性能。剪切考核试验表明TiAlN涂层刀具的寿命比原来提高了约2倍。TiAlN coating was deposited on the surface of 7Cr7Mo2V2Si die steel ( LD steel) by arc ion plating. The comprehensive properties of the TiAlN coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy, Vickers hardness tester, wear tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the surface of the coating is smooth and compact, and there are no pinholes in the cross section. The preferred orientation of the coating is ( 200) crystal plane. There is an interdiffusion layer with a thickness about 1μm between the coating and substrate, which makes the bonding between the coating and substrate firm. The wear resistance of the coating is good, and shows a wear rate of 0. 122 mg/h , and the relative wear resistance of the coating is 1. 25 times higher than that of the substrate. In the 2300×10^-6 boric acid solution, the self-corrosion current density of the TiAlN coating of LD steel is one order of magnitude lower than that of the substrate, and the impedance is 1. 66 times higher than that of the substrate. The TiAlN coating improves the corrosion resistance of the LD steel to boric acid. The shear test results show that the life of the TiAlN coated tool is about 2 times longer than that of the original tool.
