摘　　要：目的探讨应用远端蒂第二掌背动脉皮支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的方法及效果。方法自2012年3月至2017年10月,采用远端蒂第二掌背动脉皮支皮瓣修复15例(16指)伴有肌腱及骨外露的软组织缺损患者,切取皮瓣面积为2.5 cm×1.6 cm^3.6 cm×2.6 cm。结果本组共15例患者,术后皮瓣全部成活。随访6~46个月,皮瓣质地柔软,手指功能恢复较满意;皮瓣感觉在6~12个月时恢复至S3、S3+。结论采用远端蒂第二掌背动脉皮支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损,其方法可行,且修复效果较好。Objective To explore the method and efficacy of employing a distal pedicle of the second metacarpal dorsal artery cutaneous branch flap in the repair of digital soft tissue defects. Methods From March 2012 to October 2017, 15 patients(16 involved fingers) of soft tissue defects with tendon and bone exposure were repaired using a distal pedicle of the second metacarpal dorsal artery cutaneous branch flap. The area of the flap was from 2.5 cm × 1.6 cm to 3.6 cm × 2.6 cm. Results All flaps survived after surgery. All patients were followed up from 6 to 46 months. The texture of the flap was soft, and the recovery of finger function was satisfactory. The sensation of the skin flap was restored to S3 or S3+ postoperatively from 6 to 12 months. Conclusion The repair of digital soft tissue defects with a distal pedicle of the second metacarpal dorsal artery cutaneous branch flap was feasible and the efficacy was good.
