摘 要:针对目前多电平变换器输出建模和拓扑建模等方法的不足,模型复杂,不利于研究变换器内部特性与物理过程的问题,以二极管钳位型单相九电平变换器为研究对象,基于状态空间法与开关函数建模方法,搭建了单相多电平变换器的开关函数模型。详细分析了单相多电平变换器不同电平下的等效电路,推导了其等效电路的开关函数模型,通过归纳总结导出统一的状态空间方程组,建立了单相多电平变换器开关函数数学模型。通过MATLAB进行单相多电平变换器的电路模型和开关函数数学模型仿真对比,验证了所建模型的正确性与有效性。With consideration of the shortages of topological model -constructing method and output model-constructing method for the single-phase multilevel converter, it is generally more difficult to study the converter interior characteristics and physical process. Selecting diode-clamped single-phase nine level converter as the research object, a new switching function model of the converter based on state space method was established. The equivalent circuits of single-phase multilevel converter were analyzed in different conditions, and the switching function models of that were deduced. And the unified state space model was built with different equivalent circuits models. A complete mathematical model of single-phase multilevel converter switching function was established. The MATLAB simulation results were compared with the circuit model and the switch function mathematical model of single-phase multilevel converter, which proves the correctness and validity of the model.
