公安体制改革背景下公安法治文化建设探究

摘　　要：随着改革步伐的逐渐深入,公安体制改革的触角也延伸到了改革的深水区,各种问题逐渐显现。问题现象的背后,法治文化因素是核心。为了进一步克服公安体制改革过程中容易出现的反复倒退的怪圈,笔者从公安法治文化的视角着眼,用法治的现代化标准评价公安体制改革,阐述公安体制改革中公安法治文化建设的重要性。with the deepening of the reform,the tentacles of the public security system reform also extend to the deep water area of the reform,and various problems gradually appear.Behind the problem phenomenon,the rule of law culture factor is the core.In order to further overcome the recurring regressions in the process of public security system reform,the author,from the perspective of public security rule of law culture,evaluates the public security system reform with the rule of law modernization standard,and expounds the importance of public security rule of law culture construction in the public security system reform.
