摘　　要：云南某铅锌矿采用膏体充填采矿方法,为实现矿山安全经济开采,结合膏体充填上向式经济高效与下向式安全可靠的优点,在分段回采过程中嵌套使用,上向式采矿法开采矿岩稳定的矿体,下向式采矿法开采矿岩破碎的矿体,实现了生产能力提升20%,充填成本降低10%的高效率低成本目标,为同类矿山提供了工程实践经验。Paste filling mining method was used at a lead-zinc mine in Yunnan province.In order to achieve safe and economic mining,the upward paste filling mining method with economic and efficient advantages was used to extract the orebody with stable rock,and the downward paste filling mining method with safe and reliable advantages was used to extract the orebody with fractured rock in sublevel stoping.This mining technology can increase production capacity by 20%and reduce filling cost by 10%,which realized the goals of high efficiency and low cost.The research provided an engineering practice experience for similar mines.
