摘  要:程潮铁矿目前东区采用崩落法、西区采用充填法开采,由于西区地表选厂即将整体搬迁,西采区深部将改用无底柱崩落法采矿,开采深度也即将到达-500m水平。在采场上方同时存在崩落散体和充填法采场的条件下,研究了-500m水平采场采用无底柱分段崩落法采矿的回采顺序问题。由于矿体厚度较大、长度较长,回采顺序较多,通过对不同开采方案的数值模拟结果算出采场的围岩不稳定性系数,通过采场的稳定性情况对比分析,得出几种开采方案中方案一较优。Chengchao iron mine now is using caving mining method in the eastern region and using filling mining method in the western region.According to the plan that the beneficiation plant in western region is about to move away,the deep mining area in western region will use non-pillar caving method for mining,and the mining level will reach to-500 m.Therefore,under the conditions that the caving block and filling body simultaneously existed on the upper of stope,the extraction sequence of stope at-500 mlevel with non-pillar caving method was discussed.Due to the large thickness and long length of orebody,several schemes of extraction sequence were designed.The instability coefficients of surrounding rocks were calculated based on the numerical simulation results of different mining schemes.According to the stope stability comparison,it was obtained that the No.1 scheme was the best in all schemes.
