摘 要:在考虑光伏电源注入谐波幅值随机性的基础之上,采用机会约束规划来计算分布式光伏电源的极限接入容量。以接入光伏容量最大化为目标函数,节点电压偏差和单次谐波电压畸变率为确定性约束条件,电压总谐波畸变率为机会约束条件,建立光伏极限接入容量计算模型。运用粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解,基于拉丁超立方采样的谐波概率潮流计算结果检验机会约束条件,最后在IEEE 34节点系统通过与确定性规划作比较,验证了所提方法的有效性,为光伏电源接入规划提供了理论依据。Considering the randomness of the harmonic amplitude of photovoltaic power injection, chance constrained programming to calculate the limit access capacity of distributed photovoltaic power is used. Maximizing limit access capacity of PV is regarded as the goal, the voltage deviation and individual harmonic distortionare is regarded as the deterministic constraints, the total harmonic distortion of voltage is regarded as the chance constrained condition, calculation model of limit access capacity of PV is established. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model, and the harmonic probabilistic load flow calculation results based on the Latin hypercube sampling is used to inspect the chance constraints. By comparing the results of optimization with deterministic programming in IEEE-34 bus system, the validity of the proposed method are verified, and this method provides scientific decision basis for PV power planning.
