摘　　要：2型糖尿病是一种由多基因参与、多因素影响的高度遗传异质性疾病,作为代谢病家族一员,不仅存在严重糖代谢紊乱,也可伴发尿酸代谢异常。患者常在发病前已存在偏颇体质,痰湿体质贯穿于本病的发生、发展及预后等各阶段。本文通过对体质的精准辨识,探讨2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症发病特点,并予以精准分期治疗,可为本病的预防及治疗提供思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a highly genetic heterogeneous disease with multiple genes involved and many factors. As a member of the family of metabolic disease, it not only has severe glucose metabolic disorder, but also can be accompanied by abnormal metabolism of uric acid. Patients often have a biased constitution before the onset of the disease, phlegm-dampness constitution throughout the occurrence, development and prognosis of this disease and other stages. Through the accurate identification of constitution, this article discussed the characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperuricemia, and conducted precision therapy, which can provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
