玉溪市抚仙湖管理保护的问题及建议

摘　　要：在总结玉溪市抚仙湖管理保护主要做法的基础上,分析了抚仙湖面临的主要问题与困难,并从着眼协同发展、理顺抚仙湖管理保护体制机制,坚持规划引领、加快重点规划项目建设,加强“四个体系”建设、保障管理保护工作顺利开展,做好基础性研究、加强技术支撑,完善湖泊管理保护公众参与机制等5个方面,提出进一步加强抚仙湖管理与保护的对策建议。Based on the summarization of the main methods for the management and protection of Fuxian Lake in Yuxi City,the existing problems and difficulties are analyzed. The following five suggestions are put forward to further strengthen the management and protection of Fuxian Lake: focusing on the coordinated development and clarifying the management and protection system and mechanism of Fuxian Lake,adhering to the planning leadership and speeding up the construction of key planning projects,strengthening the construction of "Four systems"and guaranteeing the smooth development of management and protection,promoting the basic research and strengthening the technical support, improving the mechanism of public participation in lake management and protection.
