输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗肾囊性疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究输尿管软镜辅助下钬激光切开内引流治疗邻近集合系统肾囊肿的临床效果。方法系统性回顾分析34例行输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗的邻近集合系统肾囊肿患者的临床资料。结果34例患者均成功完成手术,术中无中转开放或腹腔镜手术。手术时间35~90min,术中、术后无大出血、无输尿管穿孔和撕裂、无感染性休克等并发症。术后均随访6~24个月。28例囊肿消失,6例囊肿直径缩小1/2以上。结论输尿管软镜下钬激光切开内引流术治疗肾盂旁囊肿有良好的临床效果,且具有创伤小患者恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of holmium laser incision and internal drainage assisted by flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of renal cysts adjacent to the collecting system. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with renal cysts adjacent to the collecting system undergone olmium laser incision and internal drainage assisted by flexible ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively and systematically. Results All the 34 patients underwent surgery successfully,and no patients changed to open or laparoscopic surgery in the course of operation. The operation time was 35~90 min,and there were no large bleeding,no ureteral perforation and laceration,no septic shock and other complications during and after operation. All patients were followed up for 6~24 months. The cysts in 28 cases disappeared,and the cysts in 6 cases reduced by more than 1/2 in diameter. Conclusion Holmium laser incision and internal drainage assisted by flexible ureteroscope has a good clinical effect on parapelvic cyst,and has the advantages of rapid recovery in patients with minor trauma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
