摘 要:目的探讨医教协同背景下三年制临床医学专业的建设及其教师培养策略。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月我院三年制临床医学专业的164名在校学生作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,每组各82名。对照组应用常规教学,研究组应用医教协同背景教学模式并展开教师培养。结果研究组学生对教师教学评分高于对照组(P<0.001);研究组对课程安排整体满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组医学生各项评分高于对照组(P<0.001)结论在医教协同的背景下,为了确保三年制临床医学专业的建设,我校在学生、教师、相关课程、专业、学校等五大方面进行了改革和完善,三年制临床医学专业建设得到了有效提升。Objective To explore the construction of three-year clinical medicine specialty and teacher training strategies under the background of medical and educational collaboration. Methods A total of 164 students majoring in three-year clinical medicine in our college from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups by lottery,with 82 students in each group. The control group applied routine teaching mode,the research group applied the teaching mode of medical and educational collaboration and carried out teacher training. Results The teacher guidance score in the research group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.001),the total satisfaction degree of course arrangement in the research group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05),the test scores of medical students in the research group was higher than those in the control group ( P <0.001). Conclusion Under the background of medical and educational collaboration,in order to ensure the construction of three-year clinical medicine professionals,our college carried out reform and improvement in five aspects: students,teachers,related courses,specialties and college. The construction of three-year clinical medicine specialty was effectively improved.
