摘  要:【目的】为了补充蝇子草属的染色体数据,并为蝇子草属的系统分类以及探讨多倍化现象、多倍化物种形成等研究提供参考。【方法】采用植物细胞学常规压片法对3种蝇子草属(Silenesp.)植物的染色体数目以及核型进行了首次研究报道。【结果】3种蝇子草属植物的染色体基数均为x=12,中期染色体数目、核型公式及核型分别为:喜马拉雅蝇子草(S.himalayensis)的染色体数目为2n=48,核型公式为2n=4x=48m,核型为1A;喇嘛蝇子草(S.lamarum)的染色体数目为2n=24,核型公式为2n=2x=19m+5sm,核型为2A;墨脱蝇子草(S.namlaensis)的染色体数目为2n=72,核型公式为2n=6x=72m,核型为1A。【结论】中国西南地区的蝇子草种间存在倍性变化,具有多倍化现象。[ Purpose] In order to supplement the chromosome data of the genus Silene, and to provide reference value for the systematic classification and the study of polyploidy and the formation of polyploid species, etc.[Method]The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of three Silene species were studied by conventional pressed slice method, and the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of three Silene species were analyzed for the first time.[Result]The basic chromosome number of the three species is x=12, with chromosome numbers, karyotype formula and karyotype asymmetry as follows: the chromosome number of S. himalayensis is 2n=48, karyotype formula is 2n=4x=48m, karyotype type is 1A;the chromosome number of S. lamarum is 2n=24, karyotype formula is 2n=2x=19m+5sm, karyotype type is 2A;the chromosome number of S. namlaensis is 2n=72, karyotype formula is 2n=6x=72m, karyotype type is 1A.[ Conclusion] There are multiple ploidy changes in the species of Silene in Southwest China.
