摘  要:负荷和电源的不平衡发展,是产生弃光的重要原因。提出了一种含高载能负荷的光-火联合调度方法,将光伏的功率和原来的负荷进行拟合得到等效负荷的功率。原调度方法中,火电机组根据等效负荷大小确定其功率,火电机组功率小于等效负荷时,产生等功率弃光;新调度方法中,根据弃光功率确定调用高载能负荷的大小,根据调用的高载能负荷和多消纳的光伏电量确定其之间的转移支付补偿,利用新疆实际电网验证了调度的经济性。Abandoned wind and PV energy is caused by the imbalanced development of load and power supply. In this paper, a thermal PV power joint dispatching method with high load capacity is proposed, the equivalent load is fitted by PV and original load. In the original dispatching method, the thermal power is determined by equivalent load, and when the thermal power is less than the equivalent load, the power is discarded. In the new dispatching method, the power of high capacity load is determined according to the abandoned PV, and the transfer payment compensation between the high capacity load and the more PV electricity is determined, and the economy of the dispatch is verified by the actual grid in Xinjiang.
