人际语用学视角下的信任关系建构

摘　　要：作为人际交往关系中的重要维度,“信任”是交际成功的必要条件。基于人际语用学视角,从影响主体可信性的3个维度(才能、诚信和善意)出发,结合语料,本研究揭示交往主体如何借助话语和行为等手段操控信任关系,建立、巩固、修复彼此间的信任关系进而实现交往目的。研究发现,信任关系的协商具有动态性、流动性和目的性,话语策略和修辞实践在这一过程中发挥重要的作用。这一发现可为人际语用学的发展提供新的维度,进而拓展语用学的研究视域。As a fundamental component of interpersonal relation,the notion of trust serves as an essential condition for the success ofcommunication. From the perspective of interpersonal pragmatics,this research attempts to reveal how discursive and nonverbal actions are employed by the interlocutors to manipulate the three trustworthiness factors,that is,ability,integrity and benevolence, so as to realize their communicative goals by establishing,solidifying,and repairing their conceptualization of mutual trust relation. It is found out that discursive strategies and rhetoric practices play an important role in the dynamic,fluid and purposeful negotiation of trust relation. The findings would,hopefully,reveal a new dimension for interpersonal pragmatics,and broaden the purview of pragmatic study.
