1例盐酸曲马多注射液诱发焦虑不良反应分析

摘　　要：对1例肌内注射曲马多注射液后出现焦虑症状患者进行诊治,经对症治疗后焦虑症状缓解,最终康复出院。我国药典和药品说明书中并未提及该不良反应,且国内有关曲马多致精神异常的病例报道较少,焦虑属于曲马多注射液新的罕见的不良反应.A patient developed anxiety symptoms after intramuscular injection of tramadol, and the clinical pharmacist consulted and assisted the diagnosis and treatment. In the Chinese pharmacopoeia and leaflet did not mention the adverse reaction, and the relevant domestic tramadol caused by abnormal mental cases reported less. Anxiety is a new and rare adverse reaction of tramadol injection. After symptomatic treatment, the patient′s anxiety symptoms were relieved and eventually recovered.
