摘　　要：针对船用锅炉水位计手动冲洗效果差、质量低、存在安全隐患的问题,采用自动化电子设备以及软件程序控制锅炉的水位计上电磁阀的开关,实现锅炉水位计的自动定时冲洗。为保证冲洗质量设计了电磁阀控制程序、检测程序、报警程序、显示程序。经验证程序设计合理有效,实现了水位计的自动冲洗和检测、显示、定时等功能。As the poor effect, low quality and hidden danger of manual washing of boiler water level meter for marine use, an automatic electronic equipment and software program are used to control the switch of solenoid valve on boiler water level meter to realize automatic timing washing of boiler water level meter. In order to guarantee the washing quality, the solenoid valve control program, detection program, alarm program, and display program are designed. Through the verification of the programming and reasoning, the automatic washing and detection, display, timing and other functions of the water level meter are realized.
