摘  要:大牛地奥陶系风化壳是典型的“低压、低孔、低渗”致密碳酸盐岩气藏。由于地质条件及开采工艺等原因,使风化壳中低含硫气井地层水具有高矿化度(平均143300mg/L)、偏酸性(pH为5.5~6)的特点,对现用泡排剂性能提出更高要求。针对这一现状,引进纳米粒子泡排剂,剖析了其作用机理,评价了其基本性能,并优选2口低含硫气井(H2S含量12mg/m^3~150mg/m^3)开展了抗酸、抗盐先导试验。室内测试及现场试验表明,该泡排剂与低含硫气井地层水及现用药剂配伍性良好,且具有优异的抗酸、抗盐性能;2口井试验后,单井套油压差减小1.23MPa、生产时率提高2.31%、产气量增加509m^3/d,总体投入产出比为1:3.6,取得了良好的增产稳产效果及经济效益。因此,该泡排剂在大牛地奥陶系风化壳气藏低含硫气井中具有一定的推广应用价值。Daniudi Ordovician weathering crust is a typical tight carbonate gas reservoir with the characteristics of "low pressure, low porosity and low permeability". Because of the geologic condition and mining technology,the formation water of low sulfur gas wells have the feature of high salinity(the average value is 14.33×10^4mg/L) and acidity(pH is 5.5~6),which provide a higher requirement for the performance of the current foam agent. In view of this situation,the nano-particle foam unloading agent of which the mechanism is analyzed has been introduced. Then its basic performance was evaluated and two wells which the content of H2S was 12 mg/m^3~150 mg/m3 were selected and the field test was carried out. Laboratory experiment results showed that this agent had good salt resistance,acid resistance,good compatibility with formation water and other agents. The application shows that the average pressure difference for oil and casing reduced 1.23 MPa,production time efficiency improved 2.31 %,gas production increased 509 m3/d.Which confirmed that,once again,the effect of stable production and yield-increasing was better. At last,economic evaluation shows that the input-output ratio of this experiment which obtains good economic benefits is 1:3.6. So,this nano-particle foam unloading agent has definite value of popularization and application in Daniudi Ordovician weathering crust.
