摘　　要：目的探讨CT检查和MRI检查对判断和鉴别脑原发淋巴瘤的价值及区别。方法方便收集2017年3月—2018年6月该院原发淋巴瘤的患者,所有患者均通过手术病理证实的原发淋巴瘤。分析29例脑原发淋巴瘤患者病理结果;分析CT检查和MRI检查对于诊断脑原发淋巴瘤的诊断正确率。结果29例脑原发淋巴瘤患者均在我院接受手术,手术后通过病理及免疫组化,具体为以下病理类型:29例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,21例为B细胞,8例为T细胞来源;CT检查和MRI检查对于诊断脑原发淋巴瘤的诊断正确率分别为93.1%、89.66%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.219,P=0.640)。结论CT检查和MRI检查对判断和鉴别脑原发淋巴瘤有较好的临床价值,CT优势在于观察病灶形态及周围水肿,MRI优势在观察肿瘤形态、轮廓边缘,两者均具有较好的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the value and difference of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and differentiation of primary lymphoma. Methods Patients with primary lymphoma from March 2017 to June 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. All patients underwent primary lymphoma confirmed by surgical pathology. The pathological results of 29 patients with primary lymphoma were analyzed. The diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI was diagnosed for the diagnosis of primary lymphoma. Results Twenty-nine patients with primary lymphoma were treated in our hospital. After surgery, pathological and immunohistochemical methods were performed, specifically the following pathological types: 29 cases were non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, 21 cases were B cells, and 8 cases with the diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI was 93.1% and 89.66% for the diagnosis of primary lymphoma, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.219, P=0.640). Conclusion CT and MRI have good clinical value in judging and distinguishing primary lymphoma. The advantage of CT is to observe the morphology of the lesion and the surrounding edema. The advantage of MRI is to observe the shape of the tumor and the edge of the contour. Both have a good diagnosis value.
