摘　　要：熔铸是铝材生产加工的首要工序,如果没有处理好熔体净化工作,便有可能导致铸锭出现缺陷,严重影响使用质量,所以工作人员应对熔体净化环节加强重视。因此,基于铝合金铸锭生产中熔体净化出现问题,对如何提高净化质量进行分析,旨在为铝材生产企业提高产品质量、获得更多效益提供帮助。Casting is the primary process in the production and processing of aluminum. If the melt cleaning work is not handled, it may cause defects in the ingot and seriously affect the quality of use. Therefore, the staff should pay more attention to the melt cleaning process. Therefore, based on the problems of melt purification in the production of aluminum alloy ingots, how to improve the quality of purification is aimed at helping aluminum production enterprises to improve product quality and obtain more benefits.
