医院感染管理综合量化评价体系的建立及初步应用

摘　　要：目的建立医院感染管理综合量化评价体系,全面客观评价临床科室医院感染管理状况,通过量化结果及时发现危险因素,促进医院感染管理质量的持续提升。方法按照临床科室不同工作性质分为4个系统,筛选相应医院感染管理指标,将医院感染结果指标与过程指标相结合,建立医院感染管理综合量化评价体系,对科室进行综合量化评分,同时通过对考评结果的分析,发现危险因素并制定相应的干预措施,并判断后续工作是否达到促进质量持续改进的效果。结果 2017年1月建立医院感染管理综合量化评价体系并应用于临床,在应用中持续改进,通过对2017年度考评结果的分析,发现重症监护系统、外科系统、内科系统、其他重点科室均存在不同的危险因素,对不同危险因素采取针对性的干预措施,明确了医院感染管理的工作重点,促进医院感染管理工作效果。结论此评价系统能够对临床科室整体医院感染管理状况进行量化评价,及时发现存在的危险因素,为下一步的工作重点明确方向,提升医院感染管理质量。Objective To establish a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system for hospital infection management and evaluate the infection management status of clinical departments. Risk factors were discovered in a timely manner through quantitative results,then continuously improved the quality of hospital infection management. Methods According to the different work nature of clinical departments,that was divided into four systems,screened the corresponding hospital infection management index. The hospital infection results index and the process index were combined to establish a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system for hospital infection management. The department conducted comprehensive quantitative evaluation and passed the assessment,analyzed the results,identified risk factors and developed appropriate interventions,then determine whether the follow-up work has achieved the effect of promoting continuous improvement of quality. Results In January 2017,a comprehensive quantitative assessment system for hospital infection management was established and applied in clinical,then continuously improved in application. Through analyzed the 2017 evaluation results,found different risk factors in intensive care systems,surgical systems,internal medicine systems,and other key departments,then targeted interventions for differentrisk factors,clear work priorities for hospital infection management,and promoted the hospital infection management. Conclusion The evaluation system can quantify the hospital infection management status of the clinical department,identify the risk factors in time,focus on the direction for the next step work,and improved the quality of hospital infection management.
