摘  要:本研究通过对胰阔盘吸虫18SrRNA部分基因序列的分析,研究了新疆石河子地区绵羊胰阔盘吸虫的感染情况。试验检查了47只绵羊的胰腺吸虫感染情况,根据其典型形态特征进行分类。同时利用PCR技术扩增其部分18SrRNA基因序列,并做进化分析。研究结果表明:1)被检的47只羊中6只检出胰阔盘吸虫,感染率为12.77%;2)PCR的鉴定结果与形态学鉴定结果相吻合;3)在石河子地区应注重绵羊胰阔盘吸虫病的防控。In this study, the 18S rRNA gene sequence of E.pancreaticum was analyzed and the infection of E. pancreaticum of sheep in Shihezi region was investigated. 47 sheep were detected for E. pancreaticum that was classified as per its typical morphological characteristics. At the same time, some 18S rRNA gene sequences were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analyzed for evolution. The results showed that 6 of the 47 sheep were positive for E. pancreaticum with the infection rate of 12.77%, and the results of PCR were consistent with that of morphological identification. Thus,it was suggested that the prevention and control of eurytrematosis should be strengthened in Shihezi region.
