摘  要:介绍X65和SA234WP22CL3无缝钢管的化学成分和力学性能,并分析其焊接性,进而确定了焊接材料的选择和焊接工艺参数的制定。针对某压缩机的X65主管道和SA234WP22CL3三通管件的焊接技术要求,对φ168.30×14.27mm的X65和SA234WP22CL3无缝钢管进行了焊接工艺评定。结果表明,采用钨极氩弧焊丝ER50-G打底和手工电焊条E5015-G填充和盖面,焊接接头各项指标均满足设计要求,焊接接头组织主要为铁素体+少量珠光体。现场焊接也取得了良好的效果,说明制定的焊接工艺参数及热处理工艺是合理可行的。The chemical composition and mechanical properties of X65 and SA234 WP22 CL3 seamless steel pipes are briefly introduced,and their weldability is analyzed respectively,then the selection of welding materials and the formulation of welding parameters are determined. According to the welding technical requirements of X65 main pipe and SA234 WP22 CL3 three-way pipe fittings for compressors,the welding procedure qualification of X65 and SA234 WP22 CL3 seamless steel pipe with φ168.30×14.27 mm is carried out. The results show that all index of welded joints meet the design requirements by using tungsten argon arc welding wire ER50-G for backing welding and manual arc welding electrode E5015-G for filling and cosmetic wleding,the microstructure of welded joints is mainly ferrite and a small amount of pearlite. Site welding has also achieved good results,indicating that the welding parameters and heat treatment procedure are reasonable and feasible.
