摘  要:对框架梁进行开孔,设备管道便可经由梁孔穿过,从而有效降低楼层高度,但框架梁后开孔必然会削弱梁的刚度,对整体结构性能也会有一定影响。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对开孔的钢筋混凝土梁的受力性能进行分析,并通过算例去验证有限元模拟的可行性。提出了可以考虑梁开孔对整体结构受力性能的影响的一个方法,并基于该方法的思路,通过规范设计方法和基于ABAQUS的有限元软件计算,对某高层建筑的开孔梁进行性能分析,再评估梁开孔对整体结构受力的影响。算例结果表明该方法具有一定的合理性和可行性,可以供相关设计人员和业主在今后涉及建筑结构主体安全使用提供参考。By opening the frame beam,the equipment pipeline can pass through the beam hole,thereby effectively reducing the height of floor,but the opening of the frame beam will inevitably weaken the rigidity of the beam and have a certain impact on the performance of the whole structure. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the mechanical performance of the reinforced concrete beams with openings,and the feasibility of the finite element simulation is verified by an example. A method that can consider the influence of beam opening on the mechanical performance of the whole structure is proposed. Based on the idea of the method,the performance analysis of the open-hole beam of a high-rise building is carried out by the normative design method and the finite element analysis based on ABAQUS. Then the influence of frame beam with openings on the mechanical performance of the whole structure is evaluated. The results of the example show that the method has certain rationality and feasibility,and can be used as a reference for relevant designers and owners to refer to the safe use of building structures in the future.
