摘  要:串珠状溶洞是一种常见的岩溶地质形态。在包含串珠状溶洞的场地上建造高层建筑,若采用传统的地基处理方法,施工困难且质量难以检测。利用工程上成熟的桩基静载试验技术,提出了一种检验桩筏基础下溶洞安全性的实用方法,即通过单桩试验和群桩试验,使桩端溶洞顶板一定范围内的附加应力,大于建筑建成后在该范围内产生的实际附加应力。若试验时溶洞顶板没有破坏,则可以保证建筑物建成后的安全性。应用有限元软件ABAQUS进行模拟分析,比较不同上部土层承载力、不同桩长、不同桩的位置以及不同上部结构荷载下单桩、群桩施加的荷载大小,与建成后上部结构传下来的平均荷载的倍数关系,得到定量结论,供实际工程应用参考。Beaded-shaped cave is a kind of common karst geology. To build high-rise buildings on this foundation,it is difficult to construct and the quality of construction is hard to detect when using traditional foundation treatment methods. For this problem,a practical evaluation method for the safety of cave under piled-raft foundation is put forward by using the mature pile foundation static test technology,which makes that the bedrock stress within a certain range at the pile end is more than the actual stress within the same range of the overall structure after construction through single pile test and pile group test. If the cave is not damaged when test,the building is safe after construction. Simulation analysis is done by using finite element software ABAQUS. The multiple relationships between loads of single pile,pile group and the average load from upper structure after construction under different layer of soil,different pile length,different pile position and different upper structure loads are discussed to get quantitative conclusions for practical engineering application.
