球体状花岗岩孤石群钻孔桩施工技术研究

摘  要:在混凝土灌注桩桩基础施工过程中,对含花岗岩孤石群、斜面硬基岩地层采用传统施工方法成孔,存在进度缓慢,施工效率低下、易出现偏孔、桩孔倾斜度大等问题。依托汕头市潮阳区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂BOT项目全厂工程桩工程,针对球体状花岗岩坚硬孤石的成孔施工特点,大型旋挖钻机在不同地质情况分别采用刮刀切削钻头、环切滚刀钻头、球齿滚刀钻头进行组合施工方法,解决了球体状花岗岩孤石群地质情况下的桩基施工难题,为今后类似地质条件下的施工积累了宝贵的经验。In the construction process of concrete cast-in-situ pile foundation,the traditional construction method is used to form the hole in the granite-bearing rock group and the slope hard rock foundation. There are problems such as slow progress,low construction efficiency,easy occurrence of partial holes and large inclination of pile holes. Relying on the whole engineering pile project of the BOT project of the Chaoyang District Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant in Shantou City,in view of the hole-forming construction characteristics of the hard granite of the spherical granite,the large rotary drilling rig uses the scraper to cut the drill bit and the ring cut in different geological conditions. The combined construction method of the hob bit and the ball hob bit solves the pile foundation construction problem under the geological condition of the spherical granite lone group,and has accumulated valuable experience for the construction under similar geological conditions in the future.
