摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了打印机磁性墨粉专用苯丙树脂,并研究了其制备条件及影响因素。结果表明:m(St)∶m(BA)为2.00∶1.00,偶氮二异丁腈与单体质量比为0.024,反应3.0h,在室温自然冷却并搅拌下,苯丙树脂产率为76.10%,且苯丙树脂的形貌、熔点符合墨粉的质量要求;树脂熔点与单体配比密切相关,其他因素影响不明显;合成的苯丙树脂仅易溶于与其含有相同或相近官能团的溶剂。Styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) were used as monomers to prepare styrene acrylic resin for printer toner via emulsion polymerization. The preparation conditions and influential factors were investigated. The results show that the yield of the resin reaches 76.10% when the mass ratio of St to BA and azobisisobutyronitrile to monomer are 2.00:1.00 and 0.024 respectively by natural cooling and stirring at room temperature for 3. 0 h. The morphology and melting point of the obtained resin also meet the quality requirements of the toner. The melting point of the resin contributes more to the monomer ratio than other factors. The resin is easily soluble in a solvent having the same or similar functional groups.
