摘 要:采用自动粉末流动率分析仪表征了烯烃聚合用催化剂的流动性和黏性。通过实验确定了流动性及黏性的测试条件,考察了测试方法的重复性,并对平行测试结果进行了统计分析,均得到较小的标准差,表明该方法具有良好的重复性。使用此方法测试了几种典型的齐格勒-纳塔(Z-N)催化剂的流动性及黏性。结果表明:该方法对不同的Z-N催化剂的流动性具有较好的分辨力,丙烯聚合用催化剂的流动性优于乙烯聚合用催化剂,球型催化剂流动性优于颗粒型催化剂,球型大粒径催化剂流动性优于同类小粒径催化剂,气相法聚乙烯催化剂流动性优于淤浆法聚乙烯催化剂。The flowability and adhesion of polyolefin catalysts were characterized by Aero-Flow automatic powder flow rate analyzer. The experimental conditions were determined. The repeatability of the testing method was evaluated. The small standard deviation of the results of the parallel tests represents good repeatability of the method. The flowability and adhesion of some classical Ziegler-Natta(Z-N) catalysts were tested by the method. The results show that the method performs excellently in determination of flowability of Z-N catalysts, which are listed as follows, the flowability of the polypropylene catalysts is better than that of polyethylene catalysts, the flowability of spherical catalysts is better than that of granular catalysts, the flowability of spherical catalyst with large particle diameter is better than that of the small size catalyst, and the flowability of the gas phase polyethylene catalysts is better than that of the slurry polyethylene catalysts.
