摘  要:以管材专用无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)为研究对象,采用不同的分级方法进行分级,利用高温凝胶渗透色谱、结晶淋洗分级和连续自成核退火分级等研究了树脂链结构及其分布。结果表明:PPR由一系列不同相对分子质量和序列分布的组分构成,除低温级分外,随着淋洗温度的提高,乙烯含量下降;所有级分的分子链中均有乙烯无规则分布,乙烯含量较高的级分相对分子质量较小且相对分子质量分布较宽;级分的结晶序列长度呈现多分散性,且随淋洗温度升高而增加。Polypropylene random copolymer (PPR) pipe resin was fractionated by different methods. The structure and distribution of the chains in the resin were observed by high temperature gel permeation chromatograph(HT-GPC), crystallization elution fractionation (CEF) and successive self-nucleation annealing technique (SSA). The results show that PPR resin is composed of a series of components in different molecular weight and sequence distribution. The ethylene content in the resin decreases with the increase of elution temperature except in low temperature fraction. Ethylene distributes randomly in molecular chains of all fractions. The fraction with high ethylene content has lower molecular weight and broader molecular weight distribution. The crystalline sequence length of fractions has polydispersity and increases with elution temperature.
