摘 要:对计算机辅助技术进行了详细介绍,主要分为计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助工程和计算机辅助制造。计算机辅助技术能够使塑料工业的生产加工及产品设计过程更加智能和高效,明显缩短了塑料产品的生产周期,降低了产品的制备成本。此外,论述了运用计算机辅助技术精准调控塑料生产工艺中温度参数、压力参数和速率参数的方法和过程。最后,总结了计算机辅助技术在塑料包装设计、塑料机械设计、塑料制品控制和塑料三维打印等领域的应用。This paper introduces the computer-aided technologies which includes computer-aided design, computer-aided engineering and computer-aided manufacturing. The computer-aided technology can help to optimize the production and processing of plastics industry and product design process more intelligently and efficiently, shortening the production cycle of plastic products and reducing the cost of product preparation. In addition, the method and process of precise control on temperature, pressure and rate in plastic production process by computer-aided technology are discussed in this paper. The application of computer-aided technology in plastics packaging design, plastics machinery design, plastic product control and plastics 3D printing are summarized.
