摘  要:针对聚合物微球类油气层保护剂在钻完井应用过程中受限于材料成本及环保性问题,研制得到一种新型淀粉微球油气层保护剂MSP。采用SEM、粒径分析、TG-DTG等表征手段和核孔膜过滤试验、膜承压封堵试验对其性能进行分析、评价。结果表明,MSP球形度好,粒径在较宽范围内呈正态分布,初始中值粒径约14.8μm,具有一定的溶胀性能且热稳定性良好。MSP在矿化度40000mg/L的分散体系中,经180℃老化后,仍能对10μm核孔膜进行有效封堵,具有一定的抗盐、耐温封堵性能。在液测渗透率为120mD和70mD的人造岩心中,随MSP加量增多,其膜承压能力增强。在2500mg/L加量下,MSP在2种岩心中膜承压能力均大于10MPa。Due to high material cost and poor environmental performance of polymer microsphere plugging agent in drilling application, a new starch microsphere plugging agent MSP was developed in this paper. The properties of MSP were analyzed and evaluated by means of SEM, particle size analysis, TG-DTG, nuclear pore filtration test and membrane pressure sealing test. The results show that the sphericity of MSP is good, the particle size distribution is normal in a wide range, while the initial median particle size is about 14.8 um, and MSP has a certain swelling property and good thermal stability. In the dispersion system with salinity of 40 000 mg/L, MSP can effectively block 10 μm nuclear pore membrane after aging at 180 ℃, proving the microspheres have certain salt and temperature resistance. In artificial cores with liquid permeability of 120 mD and 70 mD, the membrane pressure bearing capacity of MSP increases with the dosage increasing. When the dosage of MSP reach 2 500 mg/L, the pressure bearing capacity of MSP in both cores is greater than 10 MPa.
