摘 要:采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(SPFS)以及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)复配制备了复合型絮凝剂,考察了PAC、SPFS、CPAM配比、用量以及处理工艺参数对絮凝剂效果的影响。结果表明:复合絮凝剂m(PAC)∶m(SPFS)∶m(CPAM)=5∶1∶0.3时,泥浆脱出水浊度最低;当用量为120mg/kg时,泥饼含水率最低,可以达到34.85%。用干燥后泥饼作为水泥参料,添加量为15%时,水泥固化块仍可以满足建筑材料强度要求。对其固化块进行溶出检测,Zn、Cd、Pb、Cu以及COD等污染物质溶出量均低于国家排放标准。A composite flocculant was prepared by using polyaluminium chloride (PAC),polymeric ferric sulfate (SPFS) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM). The effects of PAC,SPFS,CPAM ratio,dosage and treatment process parameters on flocculant effect were investigated. The results shown that when the ratio of composite flocculant was m (PAC)∶ m (SPFS)∶ m (CPAM)=5∶1∶0.3,the turbidity of the sludge effluent was the lowest. When the dosage was 120 mg/kg,the moisture content of mud cake was the lowest,reaching 34.85%. When the dried mud cake was used as the cement reference material and the addition amount is 15%,the cement solidified block can still meet the strength requirement of the building material. Dissolution tests on its solidified blocks showed that the dissolution pollutants such as Zn,Cd,Pb,Cu and COD values were lower than the national emission standards.
