摘  要:通过旋蒸法和离子交换法制备了TiO2/Ni-ZSM-5催化剂,采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、UV-Vis、TG-DTA等手段对其进行表征,以石英管反应器考察了其光催化氧化脱硫性能,并研究了其光催化氧化反应动力学。实验结果表明:钛镍高度分散在ZSM-5表面上,镍的引入可以转移其对可见区域的光学响应程度,增强其光催化活性和其对太阳光的吸收。当催化剂用量为2g/L、n(H2O2)/n(S)=4、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为3h时,模拟柴油的脱硫率高达92.36%;其光催化氧化反应为一级反应,Ea=24.94kJ/mol,指前因子A=1.08×10^5min^-1。TiO 2/Ni-ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by rotary evaporation and ion exchange. The effects of the catalyst dosage, n (H 2O 2)/ n (S),reaction temperature and reaction time on the static photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization experiment were investigated in a quartz tube reactor. The experimental results illustrate that the titanium nickel is highly dispersed on ZSM-5 surface,the introduction of nickel can shift its optical response towards visible region,enhance its photocatalytic activity and its absorption of sunlight. The desulfurization rate of simulated diesel oil can reach is 92.36% when the catalyst dosage is 2 g/L, n (H 2O 2)/ n (S) is 4,reaction temperature is at 70 ℃ and the reaction time for 3 h. Furthermore,the photocatalytic oxidation kinetics of dibenzothiophene was investigated. The photocatalytic oxidation of it can be treated as a first-order reaction, E a is 24.94 kJ/mol and the pre-exponential factor A is 1.08×10^5 min^-1 .
