摘 要:【目的】探讨不同择伐方式对云南松群体遗传多样性的影响。【方法】采用SSR分子标记技术分析云南松留优去劣、无人为择伐和伐优留劣3种方式的遗传多样性,比较遗传多样性的变异规律。【结果】云南松群体有效等位基因、Shannon′s信息指数和多态位点百分率分别为2.121、0.819和95.56%,云南松群体遗传多样性丰富。各群体间的遗传分化系数为0.012,遗传分化低,基因流高,变异主要来源于群体内,留优去劣群体的遗传多样性水平稍高于其他两类群体。【结论】不同择伐方式对云南松群体遗传多样性的影响不明显,生产中可对林分适度择伐,且保留优质木。[Objective] The effects of different cutting methods on the genetic diversity of Pinus yunnanensis populations were compared.[Method] Based on SSR molecular markers technique, the genetic diversity of P. yunnanensis under three cutting methods which were keep ing elite trees and logging inferior trees, no logging,keeping inferior trees and logging elite trees was studied.[Result] The results showed the effective alleles, Shannon's information index, and polymorphic loci of the P. yunnanensis populations were 2. 121,0. 819 and 95.56 %, respectively, indicating that the genetic diversity of P. yunnanensis was abundant. There were low coefficient of genetic differentiation (0.012) and high gene flow. The variation of P. yunnanensis populations mainly came from within populations. The genetic level of the population with keeping elite trees and logging inferior trees was significantly higher than that of the other two types.[Conclusion] There fore, The effect of the logging methods on the genetic diversity was little. In production, forest trees should be harvested moderately and high-quality wood should be retained.
