摘　　要：结合不同炉型气化炉废热锅炉内件的结构特点、运行情况等,探讨高温合成气显热回收废热锅炉内件的详细设计方案,主要包括废热锅炉内件的设计条件输入、整体框架布置、受热面布置、集箱和连接管布置及设计配合问题等。Combined with the structural characteristics and operation conditions of the internal components of waste heat boilers of different gasifier types,the detailed design of the internal components of waste heat boiler for the sensible heat recovery of high temperature synthesis gas is discussed,including the design condition input of internal components,overall frame layout,heating surface layout,header and connecting pipe arrangement and design coordination issues.
