摘　　要：胍是自然界许多活性分子的常见基团,由于其强碱性在有机催化领域获得了广泛的应用。针对含功能基团胍合成方法较少的现状,文章在前期研究的基础上,从L-氨基醇出发对反应投料比例、反应温度和反应溶剂的筛选得到了最佳反应条件,经过两步简单反应即可得到一类结构新颖的环状手性胍,并采用1HNMR、13CNMR和HRMS确定其化学结构。Guanidine is a common group of many active molecules in nature,which has been widely used in the field of organic catalysis because of its strong basicity. At present,there are fewer methods for the synthesis of guanidine with functional groups. Based on previous studies,with the optimal reaction conditions obtained by screening the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction solvent,the novel cyclic chiral guanidine can be obtained through two steps of reaction from L-amino alcohols,and its chemical structure is determined by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and HRMS.
