摘 要:以某新设计1 000 MW机组为例,根据主油泵、油涡轮及轴承等相关元件的特征方程和设计参数,利用Flowmaster软件建立了主油泵-油涡轮润滑油系统的动态仿真模型。通过甩负荷过程和主辅油泵切换过程的仿真结果分析可知,主油泵-油涡轮润滑油系统超速情况下安全性满足要求,油涡轮部件的油透平与升压泵两部分匹配性能、系统变工况适应性良好。通过停机惰走过程的仿真结果分析确定了系统失去自持能力的转速,也就是断油转速。上述仿真结果与现场实际基本吻合,仿真模型计算精度满足工程设计要求,为大功率高参数机组的安全稳定运行提供了数据支撑。Taking a new 1 000 MW unit as an example, according to characteristic equations and design parameters of main oil pump, oil turbine and bearings, a dynamic simulation model of MOP-OT lubricating oil system is established by using Flow-master.By analyzing the simulation results of load rejection condition and main-auxiliary pump switching process, it can be seen that the safety of MOP-OT lubricating oil system meets design requirements under over-speeding conditions. The matching performance of oil turbine and booster pump is good. The applicability of lubricating oil system is also good. Through the analysis of the simulation results of stop idling process, self-sustaining ability, that is the oil breaking speed, is determined. The simulation results are in good agreement with actual situation. The calculation accuracy of simulation model meets engineering requirements. It provides data support for the safe and stable operation of large-power units.
