摘 要:文章为了提高汽轮机叶片防固体颗粒侵蚀性能,采用阴极弧离子镀技术完成了TiN/Ti多层复合涂层的制备。采用扫描电镜对涂层微观形貌进行分析,采用纳米划痕仪和X衍射分析仪对涂层结合力和残余应力进行检测分析,通过MSE冲蚀检测仪对涂层耐冲蚀性能进行分析。结果显示制备的TiN/Ti多层复合涂层层状结构清晰,与基底结合良好,涂层耐冲蚀性能是叶片基材的8倍。In order to improve the solid particle erosion resistance of steam turbine blades, the cathode vacuum arc deposition method was applied to prepare the TiN/Ti multilayer coatings. The microstructure of coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The binding and residual stress of TiN/Ti coatings were tested and analyzed by nano scratch tester and X-ray diffraction analyzer. The erosion resistance was analyzed by MSE erosion tester. The experimental results showed the layered structures of the Ti N/Ti multilayer coatings was clear and cohered well with substrate. The erosion resistance of TiN/Ti coatings was 8 times more than that of base material.
