摘　　要：建筑物抗害评估方法非常的重要,根据目前的实际情况,对震害评估的概念和原则进行了阐述,探究抗震评估流程以及分析分区抽样与建筑物分类情况,并制定多级震害评估方法,以此来加强建筑物的抗震防火效果。Building damage-resisting assessment method is rather important. According to current actual conditions, the paper illustrates the concept and principles of earthquake seismic hazard evaluation, explores earthquake resistance evaluating procedures, analyzes the zoning sampling and building classification conditions, and formulates multigrade seismic hazard evaluating method, with a view to strengthen the earthquake resisting and fire preventing effect of the buildings.
