摘　　要：在对城市地震灾害风险特点分析的基础上,从灾害风险管理角度出发,从规划、工程、管理等方面给出了管控策略和措施,为政府制定抗震防灾规划和民众防灾意识提高等工作提供参考。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban earthquake disaster risk, from the perspective of disaster risk management, the management and control strategies and measures are given from the aspects of planning, engineering and management, and the government has formulated earthquake prevention and disaster prevention planning and public awareness of disaster prevention, for reference.
